Where do you deliver?

To find out if we deliver to your area, please enter your postcode on the item you wish to purchase. Products are shipped directly from our suppliers and our global warehouses are located in 112 countries.

 

Where to collect?

We operate 24/7 from collection points in Fishleapshop stores, Sainsbury's supermarkets and global warehouses.

 

For items available for fast track delivery, please choose from a number of time slots depending on your location. Orders will be delivered to your door and stored in a safe and secure place.

 

Large and bulky items (items that require two or more people to carry, such as sofas and beds) are available in England, Scotland and Wales, so we can deliver them safely to anywhere you choose. One of our friendly drivers will contact you the same day to discuss the delivery details. If you are self-isolating, please let us know so that we can reschedule your delivery date.

 

We are currently experiencing high demand for the delivery of large items. If your delivery is delayed, we will send you a message as soon as possible. We are working hard to provide the best service to our customers and thank you for your continued patience and support.

 

FAQ

What if I order both a large and a small item?

 

The quickest way to get them to you is to have them delivered separately. Don't worry; you only pay one delivery fee. Please check your order confirmation email for more information.

 

What if I'm not home?

 

Small items will be left in a safe and secure place out of sight or handed to your neighbour at your request. Large or valuable items require a photo or signature and cannot be left, so someone must be home to collect them. If you can't make it, please contact us via the helpline so we can reschedule the delivery and choose a date and time slot that works best for you!

 

How many people deliver large items?

 

Large items such as sofas, freezers, etc. can be delivered by two people. Our friendly drivers will contact you on the day of delivery and deliver your order safely to the location of your choice.

 

COVID-19: Impact on deliveries?

 

We still offer delivery on many items, including our console pre-orders. You will receive a text reminder from us when the delivery date approaches and receive a tracking number from the courier before delivery.

 

Goods will be delivered to your door in a secure area; Large items will be delivered to a secure location. One of our friendly drivers will contact you the same day to discuss the shipping details for your larger item. If you are self-isolating please let us know so we can reschedule your delivery date.
