Flying Baule Flaxseed is rich in protein and fibre. These seeds are a healthy and authentic food: perfect for a vegan and conscious diet. Perfect for adding to muesli, yoghurt, cereals, but also to soups, bread dough and other pastries. Flax seeds used since ancient times by the Egyptians and Phoenicians for the manufacture of fabrics have been rediscovered in recent years thanks to the virtues of its seeds. Their use ranges from food to cosmetics (hair care, cystitis and constipation). The high content of minerals (in particular phosphorus, copper, magnesium and manganese), proteins (20%) and lipids (40%) make flax seeds precious little pearls of health. It is advisable to consume these seeds whole or freshly ground. Excellent added to cereals, soups, salads, yogurt and fruit juices and also combined with flour to enrich the taste of bread, pizza, candies and cookies.
